the ability to interact with senior management in the assessment and diagnosis process,
skills in instructional design, development and implementation,
the ability to facilitate organizational group dynamics, and
the depth of knowledge obtained through industry related professional management and training and development experience.

Partnering with a client company, and using the above resources, we go through a multi-step process in providing consulting services for clients. We ask a series of evaluation questions such as: What are the performance goals of the organization? What performance gaps exist right now? What functions and levels in the company show significant opportunities for improvement? What new skills and knowledge can "close the gaps" through improved performance?

We provide a variety of consulting services for clients, some of which are:

gather information through the use of surveys, interviews, focus groups and personal observations,
make recommendations to leadership regarding organizational issues and concerns,
facilitate leadership and organizational development and commitment,
assist in the development and implementation of the organizational infra structure,
facilitate customized or "off-the-shelf" training and development programs, based on the identification of strategic intent, goals and needs of the organization, and
provide coaching and monitoring services to ensure that key performance indicators and goals are being achieved.
